Robb Peters has a strongly martial arts background. Having trained in Kickboxing and other martial arts for more than 12 years, he is not only a Blackbelt, but holds 4 British titles & 1 World title in Kickboxing.
Robb began using the Fitness4x4 method of training in 2009 and became an Hour of Power instructor in 2010, teaching and covering classes in the Central London, West London and Berkshire area. Robb’s Fitness teaching style brings all of the energy, focus, and power of the Martial Arts to the arena of group fitness, in a highly engaging and exciting way.
He is also testing the value of the Fitness4x4 method in the fighting arena, in order to potentially be able to train other sportsmen and combat athletes to higher levels of fitness.
